The DEHNblitzductor XT Ex is an universal pluggable 4-pole surge
arrester for maximum requirements on the availability of intrinsically
safe circuits and bus systems.
Regarding intrinsic safety, the SPD is considered earth-free and
the self-inductance and -capacity are negligible small. The high
impulse current discharge capacity (min. 10x) and the low
protection level are supported by the low-impedance design of the
device.
LifeCheck makes quick and easy testing of SPD's possible,
however the SPD modules may be read out by the hand-held
reading device only in non-explosive area's.
